Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and utensils to be cleaned and sanitized.
• Keep dishwashing station and three compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and food sanitation procedures.
• Protect company assets.
