Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and manages containers; washes out garbage cans.
• Assists with load/unload and delivery of supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements and performs other duties as assigned.
