Job summary

FLIK Hospitality Group in Montgomery, AL is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility position at the Hensel Phelps facility. Schedule: Monday–Friday; hours may vary. Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Fixed pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Free meals and uniforms and laundering service available at select locations. The role maintains kitchen work areas, cleans equipment and surfaces, and supports back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
