Job summary

Aramark in West Palm Beach is seeking a General Utility Worker to keep dishes, equipment, and work areas clean and safe at Palm Beach Atlantic University. You’ll help maintain sanitation, operate the three‑compartment sink, and support daily kitchen tasks while delivering friendly service to staff and guests.

This role offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with physical requirements such as standing, lifting, and moving supplies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain dishwashing station, three‑compartment sink and related areas cleaned
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
