Job summary

Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, NE, is seeking a full-time Utility Worker to support the dining team by keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include washing dishes and kitchenware, maintaining sanitation, assisting with food prep and setup, sweeping and trash, and helping ensure a safe work environment while engaging positively with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on your feet.
• Food service experience helpful but not required; training provided.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Availability for evenings until 9:00 PM, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen and dining work areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Assist with food prep, plating, setup, and cleanup as needed.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the dining team.
• Provide friendly, positive interactions with residents and coworkers.
