Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures
• Able to follow basic safety procedures around chemicals
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean
• Ensure equipment is clean and working; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers
• Follow Aramark safety policies and food safety procedures
• Protect company assets
