The services help customers purchase high-quality cooking oil in bulk at lower costs and extend the usable life of their cooking oils. By improving food quality, reducing accidents and insurance claims, and removing waste oil safely, Filta Environmental supports safer kitchens and more sustainable operations. Role Description

The Kitchen Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Lees Summit, MO. This position is responsible for visiting client kitchens to perform fryer micro-filtration, deep cleaning, and safe removal of waste cooking oil according to established procedures. The Kitchen Technician operates and maintains filtration and cleaning equipment, monitors oil quality, and ensures work areas are left clean and safe. The role includes interacting with kitchen staff to explain services, answer questions, and support best practices in fryer operation and oil handling. The Kitchen Technician may also assist with basic kitchen tasks related to food preparation and hygiene, complete service reports, and follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications
