Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Kitchen Team Associate to help cook delicious food and maintain a clean, safe dining area. You’ll join a supportive team, learn on the job, and contribute to our Panda Cares community initiative.

No prior experience required—we provide hands-on training. You may work at front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you gain skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process orders at the counter.
• Serve food and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Adhere to safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen and may rotate between front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
