Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Associate to join friendly team players who cook delicious food while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

We offer training if needed and opportunities to grow, plus a chance to impact the community through Panda Cares. In this role you’ll greet guests, handle payments, keep the store clean, follow safety procedures, and work across front counter, drive‑through or kitchen as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at the employee’s expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests—greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions—front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
