We’re hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Riverdale to build delicious bagels, prep stations, and keep a clean, energized kitchen from open to close. No bagel experience required, with tips boosting hourly pay and a supportive team culture that values growth and belonging.

YOU DON'T NEED BAGEL EXPERIENCE.

Variety is the spice of life and we hire folks with a crazy wide range of backgrounds! You’ll do well if you have at least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The right attitude and a strong baseline > a polished resume.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces.
