Love’s Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Haubstadt, Indiana. You’ll interact with customers, prepare deli items, maintain a clean, stocked area, and deliver friendly service. No experience required—we’ll train you and help you grow.

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu items and assisting with deli area upkeep.
• Prepare deli products such as salads, wraps, and fresh-cut fruit according to guidelines.
• Follow food safety policies and procedures to maintain proper conditions.
• Cross-train in other store roles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of deli, coffee, and fountain bars throughout the shift.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
