Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to join the Applebee’s team in a family-friendly environment. You will be responsible for assigned prep work and your cook’s station, while maintaining high standards for product presentation, quality and cook times.

You will learn to prepare all menu items according to recipes and specifications, cross-training in all kitchen department roles to support the team.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to read recipes and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
