Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll help prepare and serve food, greet guests, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality for every guest.

No prior experience is required—we provide training. You’ll learn food prep, proper handling of ingredients, cash handling, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow and contribute to Panda Cares in the community.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members
• Operations experience is a plus
• Some high school education
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at the employee’s expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests—greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions—front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
