We’re hiring Kitchen Team Members at our Golden location!

Kitchen Team Members are an important part of our operations. Kitchen team members are responsible for executing all aspects of kitchen operations to the highest Call Your Mother (CYM) standards. You’ll use the tools and instructions given to you to hold those standards and continue to improve your performance and product output. You’ll do this while keeping our Values (“VIBES”) in mind. You will work with your supervisors and managers to maintain an efficient work environment.

As a CYM team member, you’ll make an impact by:

You’ll be a great addition to the CYM team if you:

• Prepare ingredients, sandwiches and kitchen equipment completely for service each shift
• Follow continuous training and specs. Adapt to procedural and/or menu changes
• Be receptive to feedback and coaching from supervisors and managers
• Practice all CYM, city, and state food-safety guidelines.
• Protect yourself and your coworkers from illness by following rules (masks, social distancing, etc) disclosing any possible exposure to illness with your manager, and Don’t Come to Work if You Feel Sick
• Complete daily prep amounts (portioning fish, slicing veggies, etc), as required by location
• Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Be a strong part of a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
• Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

Prior hospitality experience is not required. We believe that the best individuals come with varied backgrounds and experiences.
