• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in food production areas.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Interact with the Manager to prepare daily menu.
