Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Sioux City, IA is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate to support cooking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area. No experience? Training is provided and opportunities to grow within the company are available.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, assist at front counter or drive‑through as needed, and participate in our Panda Cares community initiatives while delivering great guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests – greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions – front counter, drive‑through or kitchen.
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
