Chick‑fil‑A is hiring Back of House Team Members who are reliable, customer‑focused and eager to grow with a locally operated restaurant. You will learn multiple kitchen stations, prep and present dishes, and support leadership to deliver a great dining experience.

You will work in a fast‑paced environment, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for development. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety and adherence to brand standards, including Sunday closure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen assignments for all stations
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on changes
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
