Job summary

Mickey’s is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to provide friendly, efficient service to customers and support to fellow team members. You’ll help with stocking, prep, and daily kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Training on recipes and safety standards will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Assisting with stocking, prep work, and inventory as needed.
• Completing all kitchen housekeeping functions (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.).
• Preparing food according to company recipes and standards.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
