Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members in Cleveland, TN. You will work under an independent Owner/Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and great food in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting food safely, stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and following training and dress code guidelines. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Open or close tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
