You will greet guests, assist with food preparation, and keep the kitchen and dining area clean while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced setting, may perform front counter, drive-through, or kitchen duties, and have opportunities to grow with the company and participate in Panda Cares

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful, able to work with a team.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at the employee’s expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests—greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions—front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
