Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate to cook and plate food while keeping the store clean and welcoming. You’ll work with a friendly, supportive team and receive training if you’re new to the industry.

The role supports guest satisfaction, safety, and community involvement through Panda Cares, with opportunities to grow within our fast-paced environment. This position offers learning across front counter, drive-through, and kitchen stations, in a collaborative setting

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members
• Operations experience is a plus
• Some high school
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests - Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions - Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
