Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Team Member/Cook to work in the Heart of House across multiple stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. You will prepare all food items and contribute to creating legendary guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, time management, and exceptional guest service, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented approach and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food across stations (Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, Expo) and ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly service and assist teammates to meet guest expectations.
• Follow all Buffalo Wild Wings policies and procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
