Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Utah is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced, friendly kitchen. You’ll follow a daytime set schedule, with no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights, and you’ll be eligible for up to five raises in your first year as you grow with the team.

Every shift includes a free house-made meal, and you’ll have access to a clear career path with many leadership opportunities as the restaurant expands across states.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week.
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage our advanced dishwasher.
• Be good to others.
