Job summary

Chick-fil-A Milford is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who will greet guests with a warm, cheerful attitude and help maintain a fast, friendly dining environment. You’ll contribute to kitchen operations, support the team, and ensure guests feel welcome from entry to departure.

We offer flexible schedules and Sundays off, with opportunities to grow and develop real-world leadership skills under an engaged Owner/Operator. Prior kitchen experience is welcome but not required for this entry role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior kitchen/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
