Job summary

Culver’s in Indianapolis is hiring a True Blue Crew Member to join a friendly, fast-paced team focused on guest hospitality and great service. You’ll help guests, assist in food preparation, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for every visitor.

We offer flexible scheduling, meal discounts, a fun team atmosphere, training, and a safe work environment. No prior experience is required—training provided to help you grow with Culver’s.
