Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring the team has what it needs for smooth service and consistently high standards. You will motivate and support the team, helping them work together efficiently during service.

The role focuses on leading by example, maintaining quality and safety, and delivering excellent dishes with every service. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. We offer up to £14 per hour for the right candidate.
