Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate at our Arlington, TX location. You will welcome guests, take orders, and process payments while maintaining a clean dining area. Training is provided if you have no prior experience.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly across front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen stations, with opportunities for skill growth and community involvement through Panda Cares.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful demeanor is valued.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• High school education expected.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local rules.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests - Greeting Guests, Serving food, and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may rotate between Front counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen.
