Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Associate to join a fast-paced kitchen team in Wilson, NC. You will help prepare and serve food, greet Guests, and maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting a positive team atmosphere.

Training is provided if you have no prior experience, and you will learn food safety, cooking basics, and customer service skills. You’ll also participate in Panda Cares community initiatives and grow with us in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team member
• High school education or currently enrolled
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests - Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions - Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
