Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Associate to join our fast-paced kitchens. You’ll help prepare delicious dishes, maintain clean stations, and support both front-of-house and kitchen teammates to meet daily goals in a busy environment.

No experience? We train you. You’ll learn food safety and proper knife handling, work as part of a friendly team, and have opportunities to grow. Panda Strong means serving guests with care while supporting our community through Panda Cares.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests - Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions - Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
