Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring for a Kitchen Team Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help prepare and serve fresh meals while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Training is provided if you lack experience, and there are opportunities to grow within Panda Cares community initiatives. You may work at front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen stations, collaborating with teammates to achieve daily targets in a friendly environment and

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
