Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Associate to help cook delicious foods and maintain the store's cleanliness in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience and work as part of a close-knit team.

No previous experience is required—we’ll train you. You may rotate through frontline, drive-thru, or kitchen roles, with on‑the‑job learning and opportunities to grow, plus a chance to contribute to Panda Cares in the community.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Following Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food.
• Working in a fast paced kitchen environment and may rotate between Front counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
