Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate to cook delicious food and keep a clean, safe kitchen. No experience? We’ll train you and help you grow, with opportunities to contribute to Panda Cares in the community.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, greet guests, assist with payments, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with a friendly team across roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team member.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at the employee’s expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests—greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions—front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
