No prior experience is required—we train you. You’ll work across front counter, drive-through, or kitchen, with opportunities to develop skills and grow, all while contributing to Panda Cares community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at the employee’s expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen and may switch between front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
