Panda Restaurant Group is hiring for a Kitchen Team Associate in a fast-paced environment at our West Lafayette location. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments at the register, and help prepare meals. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the Panda Cares program.

Expect a team-oriented setting with flexible schedules and a focus on safety, cleanliness, and community involvement. Free meals while on shift and benefits support are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team players.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests – greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions – front counter, drive‑through or kitchen.
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
