Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate to join our Mesa, AZ location. You’ll help cook delicious food while maintaining cleanliness, and you’ll train as needed to grow your skills.

Our Panda Cares program lets you contribute to the community as you learn and advance with the team. In this role, you’ll work across front counter, drive-through, or kitchen stations, collaborating with peers to hit daily targets in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
