Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Kitchen Team Associate in Monument, CO. You will help cook and prep food while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided if you’re new to the role.

Roles include front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen duties as needed. You’ll work closely with teammates to hit daily goals in a supportive, dynamic environment and contribute to Panda Cares community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
