Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring for Kitchen Team Associate to join a friendly, fast-paced team in our Layton, UT location. You will help cook, prepare, and serve delicious food while maintaining high cleanliness standards and following safety procedures.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will gain skills for growth within Panda Cares and our supportive culture, with opportunities to work across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen roles.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members are desired.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school is acceptable.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining experience to Guests at front counter or drive-through and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may serve in Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen roles.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
