Call Your Mother is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor in Denver, CO to lead a fast-paced kitchen, train staff, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards for delicious bagel sandwiches. You’ll drive operations from open to close and foster a collaborative, energetic team.

We offer base hourly pay of $21.29 plus tips, with total take potential in the $28–$31/hour range, plus health insurance, PTO, parental leave, 401(k), and ongoing learning opportunities for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience leading kitchen teams or in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Train new kitchen staff and continuously re-train all kitchen staff to maintain standards.
• Lead a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen from open to close.
• Build beautiful sandwiches and prep ingredients for smooth service.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistent quality.
• Keep ticket times fast without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain kitchen stock and adapt to menu changes.
