Job summary

Topgolf in Richmond, VA is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the kitchen crew, drive efficiency, ensure every dish is fresh, consistent, and on point from prep to service.

You will collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver a high-quality Player experience while upholding Topgolf’s safety standards and core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.

The role requires visible leadership in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and a background in kitchen supervision.

• Previous experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen crew to drive efficiency and ensure high-quality, consistent dishes from prep to service.
• Partner with the front-of-house team to deliver timely, top-notch meals and elevate the Player experience.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards across all prep and cooking areas; train and mentor staff accordingly.
• Support Topgolf’s core values and create a positive, safe, and collaborative kitchen culture.

What You Will Do in the Role

Role and Interaction with Players: While your primary focus is behind the scenes, you play a big role in shaping the Player experience by ensuring every meal that leaves the kitchen is fresh, consistent, and on point. Partner with the front-of-house team to make sure Players receive timely, high-quality dishes that elevate their overall visit.

Key Aspect of the Role: Lead and supervise the kitchen crew—cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers—by driving efficiency, setting the standard for recipe execution, portioning, and presentation, and making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork from prep to service.

Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Collaborate closely with Playmakers across all areas to deliver a seamless dining experience. Share knowledge, support the team, and step in where needed to make sure the kitchen runs smoothly and service stays at the Topgolf standard.

Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all prep, cooking, and dish areas. Train your team on best practices, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and stay ahead of issues to keep both Players and Playmakers safe.

Physical Requirements

Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
