Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Virginia is seeking a growth-minded Kitchen Supervisor to lead the culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering and receiving. You will drive cost controls and menu development with a focus on local sourcing.

The role requires strong leadership in a contract foodservice setting, with knowledge of HACCP and P&L accountability. ServSafe certification is a plus as we uphold high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• ServSafe certified is a plus.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
