Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama's Gulf Coast is seeking a Steward (Dishwasher) to ensure a clean, organized kitchen and uphold high sanitation standards for smooth dining operations and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting other kitchen roles as needed. High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months kitchen experience is a plus, with lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of kitchen or similar experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-clean dishes before loading into the dishwashing machine.
• Operate dishwashing machinery with proper loading and cleaning solutions.
• Hand wash pots, pans, and other cookware as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Restock supplies and assist other kitchen roles when required.
