Job summary

Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will wash and sanitize dishes, silverware and glassware, clean pots and pans, and help maintain a spotless work area to keep service running smoothly during peak hours.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand/walk for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. You must be able to obtain any required licenses or certifications and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
