Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive dishwashing tasks.
• Must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
• Good personal hygiene and ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Comfortable working in a hot, damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and places them in the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine; completes prep work.
• Removes trash and cleans work areas, floors and equipment.
