Responsibilities

• Wash and store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and other cooking utensils; maintain all aspects of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Properly maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Support staff with after-meal plate collection if requested.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene and cleanliness.
