Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Key West is seeking a diligent kitchen helper to support dishwashing and station cleanliness. You will follow established guidelines to operate the dish machine, wash glasses and dishes, and keep the kitchen neat and sanitary at all times.

Additional duties include washing pots and pans in the designated area, emptying trash cans, spraying and sanitizing after use, and following MSDS and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure kitchen stays neat and clean, sweeping broken glass and mopping spills.
• Empty full trash cans and sanitize after use; replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in the kitchen and assist with banquet plating when needed.
