Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to support the culinary team. You will keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, wash and stock dishes, and assist with prep and deliveries in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety, and the ability to stand long hours in a busy kitchen. Prior dishwasher experience and a valid food safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher and maintaining sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes by hand or machine.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors; sort and remove trash.
• Assist chefs with prep tasks and deliveries as needed.
