Job summary

CSG Service Group, Inc. An Arizona Corp. in Palm Desert, CA, seeks a dedicated Kitchen Steward to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure inspection readiness.

You will support daily operations, assist with sanitation, and help uphold hotel guidelines and safety standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work weekends/holidays, and able to operate pot-washing equipment while maintaining a hygienic environment.

Job Skills / Requirements

Compensation Range: $18.75 - $19.75 per hour

Position Summary: CSG is looking for a committed and energetic kitchen steward to become part of our team. As a kitchen steward, you will be in charge of maintaining the kitchen clean and verifying it is in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained and organized at all times
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with regulations and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Work well under pressure and within the time limit
• Additional duties as requested by management
