Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Mason, OH is seeking a full-time dishwasher/kitchen helper to support dining services and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area.

You will wash utensils, sanitize equipment, and keep floors and surfaces clean, with rotating weekends and holidays. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move throughout shifts, lifting up to 30 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk during shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room reset.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen.
