Under the direct supervision of the Steward Supervisor, the Kitchen Steward is responsible for washing, sanitizing, organizing, and replenishing dishes, utensils, equipment, food storage areas, floors, and food preparation areas.

Requires standing for extended periods, constant communication, frequent use of hands, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Primarily in the casino’s kitchen with exposure to heat, fumes, smoke, noise, and steam. Evening, holiday, and weekend work are expected, along with irregular hours.
