DoorDash DMK is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead in Colorado Springs to oversee shift-level kitchen execution, lead Kitchen Operations Associates, and ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy. You will drive efficient workflows, coach staff on safety practices, and coordinate with DashMart leadership to maintain overall site performance.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensure food prep, cleanliness, safety, and inventory practices.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time for handoff.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates, escalate issues.
• Coach team on food safety, cleanliness, and execution standards.
• Partner with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership for alignment.
• Support facility standards and contribute ideas to improve workflows and site performance.
